Our FOUNDATIONDjumy September
Founder of CARHA. Djumy, founder of CARHA, graduated from the University of Law in Haiti. At the age of 24, Djumy gave up his plan to be a lawyer and graduated from Port Au Prince Christian College with a Ministerial Science degree. He came to the states and earned his Bachelor's in Christian Education from Mid South Christian College Memphis, TN. It was as a Bible college student in 1998 that he hired 2 teachers for the first class of 32 students at St. Martin Christian School. |
"I had great difficulty sharing the Bible with the people due to their illiteracy. Now we have about 1000 students (pre-school through high school) in three schools. Thank God for that. I would like to thank all of you for supporting CARHA. With our continuing efforts we can build a better future for the next generation. Rest assured your gifts will impact not only our community, but the world as these children are given a Christian education and a chance at a better life for themselves and those around them."
